March 01, 2009 After 31 years of serving Southern California Businesses, MWB has become one of the largest subsidiaries of Global Imaging Systems, Inc., A Xerox wholly owned company. We have evolved into an industry leader, offering an innovative mix of products and services that have affected the way that organizations manage their document assets. To better represent our position as the premiere Southern California Office Technology integrator, our new name combines the strengths of the solutions we provide and the family we have become with previous acquisitions of Digitec in San Diego, Pacific Office Solutions in Orange County and Advanced Business Systems in Chatsworth. Together we now form.... SoCal Office Technologies To Our Valued Customers: Over the next several months you will notice our transition to our new name with the goal of completely operating as SoCal Office Technologies by 12-31-09. There will be no change to how you contact us and the products and services we provide. You can continue to use the current MWB web address, e-mail addresses and phone numbers. There will be no change to your equipment service ID number or billing information. We will continue to use the same D&B and Tax ID number. As we transition to our new name, you will start noticing our new logo on products, contracts and correspondance you receive from us. The www.mwbbiz.com web and e-mail addresses will begin to transition to www.SoCal-Office.com and www.SoCal-Xerox.com.
