  1. Nominate a peer who has exhibited one or more of the Top Gun traits by going to www.socal-office.com/topgun and give an explanation of the nomination
  2. Monthly the SoCal Executive team will review all submitted nominations from SoCal Peers and customers and announce 5 Top Gun Winners. Each monthly winner will receive a Top Gun plaque, $150 in Gift Cards and be invited to a group Top Gun VIP dinner (you and your significant other) and a SoCal Executive
  3. At the 2017 Kickoff meeting, the Top 5 Top Gun Recipients will receive 6 months of bill payments (up to $5,000) and be placed in a drawing for 1 lucky winner and significant other to attend the 2015 President’s Club trip
  4. For Managers to remain eligible, you must submit a Top Gun nomination every month
